Our Commitment

We want you to book with confidence. This policy explains exactly when and how you can get a refund.


Participant Refunds

Full Refund — Cancel 14+ days before start

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your Cohort's start date, you will receive a 100% refund of everything you paid — including the optional meals add-on.

No Refund — Cancel within 14 days

If you cancel your booking 14 days or less before the Cohort start date, no refund is available. This policy exists because at this stage the Trainer and Venue have committed resources that cannot be recovered.

No-Show

If you do not attend the Cohort without cancelling, no refund is available.


Cohort Cancelled by Reebooot or Trainer

If a published Cohort is cancelled by Reebooot or the Trainer for any reason, all confirmed Participants receive a 100% full refund within 7 business days. We will notify you immediately by email.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Bookings
  3. Click Cancel booking on the relevant booking
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Alternatively, email us at asadij@gmail.com with your booking reference.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have additional statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Bootcamp bookings are for a specific date and venue, which may affect your right of withdrawal. Contact us if you have questions about your rights.
